When all else fails and it's too cold to go outside and you have a sore throat, post a picture of the dinner you made and make it look all retro and stuff.

This is admittedly boring, It was tasty though. Whole wheat penne with asparagus, onion, garlic, olive oil, roasted chicken, parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, chicken stock and white wine. Served with red wine. Followed by chocolate banana tarts.

And some tea and sympathy for my throat.
